The DIY Light Up Panels is made the same way as our Light Up Shirts with velcro pacthing for easy removale before washin.The back of the panels has strong adhesive property that allows one to stick it indifinitly on a garment by either irong it on a clothes inside out, the heat transfer will operate, or by simply stiking it directly on the garments.
