    • Our Company ELECTRO-WEAR LTD is a Sino-French Trading company established in China since 2001 with Headquater in Hong-Kong, Sourcing office in Shanghai and with manufacturing facilities based in South China, producing and distributing a complete range of EL Apparel and products to North America, Europe and Austral-Asia.

    We offer our clients the unique capability to order their merchandise directly from its source with no intermediaries, with insurance that we exercise a rigorous quality control on all productions no matter how small or big.
    In addition to producing and distributing our products, we have the ability to develop new products according to our client's designs and specifications. We help our clients to develop and research new products at a minimum cost. We design your own animated El Logo for any of our products, and produce and ship your merchandise to its destination within a maximum of 1 months on large orders.

     SHIPPING


    Shipping Terms

    CIF: Cost Insurance Freight, this terms means that goods will be delivered to port of destination and that client will clear the goods at the customs and ship the goods themselves to their warehouse from the port of destination.

    DDU: Delivery Duty Unpaid, this terms means that you will receive the goods to your shipping address directly without having to take care of all customs procedure.

    Transportation Mode

    AIR-Freight: Either by TNT Air-Freight or Cargo Partner
    SEA Freight: Cargo-Partner.

    Recommended Shipping

    We can ship in multiple ways according to customer requirement, however we recommend the following:

    We deliver by AIR Freight on DDU Terms:
    This allow you to have your goods delivered within 5 days maximum once production is finished, according to quantities and destination we'll ship with the cheapest option by either using our Air Freight partner or TNT.

    We deliver by SEA, on DDU and CIF terms:
    According to quantities, we recommended SEA Freight when you do not require to have the goods delivered to your door within 3 weeks, SEA freight takes usually about 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered worldwide from China and will be cheaper than AIR Freight for large quantities but also much slower.

    When placing an order we will give you a proforma invoice including transportation cost, and we won't invoice you additional fees involved in transportation when you receive the order, so there's no hidden cost involved in transportation fees.

    What is it?? Allow you to import from as little as 100pcs of any of our existing design and ship by AIR or SEA. Allow you to import from as little as 150pcs of your own design on any apparel.

    ORDER STEPS
    Customer Requirement Definition Quantities; Delivery date ; EL design ; Apparel, and shipment quotation. Quantities; Delivery date ; Packing; custom EL design ; Apparel sourcing, and shipment quotation.
    Sampling If requested, We will send you by express samples of chosen design before or after placing the order. We will send you by express all samples of all chosen design as well as source apparel for your confirmation.
    Production lead time Generally from 2 to 4 Weeks. Generally from 2 to 6 weeks depending on quantities.
    Note that customs orders required longer delay because of apparel sourcing.

    * Note that customs clearance when shipped by SEA can take up to 1 week worldwide in addition of freight.
    Import Requirement Depending on location you will need import licence's for apparel (T-Shirt for example).
    If you are located in Europe you should need an import license. Please make sure to enquiry to your local custom office or Ministry of Commerce.
    Payment modality: Shipment by AIR: 100% on invoice
    Shipment by SEA: 100% on invoice/Irrevocable letter of credit
